Kaynes Semicon Partners with SOA & Perceptive Solutions in Groundbreaking Semiconductor Collaboration

We are pleased to announce a new Center of Excellence (COE) for semiconductor manufacturing at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan, a deemed University, established in partnership with SOA and Perceptive Solutions. This first-of-its-kind COE will offer engineering students unparalleled hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing, complete with state-of-the-art tools and clean room facilities. This initiative is set to significantly enhance the technical skills of students and prepare them for impactful careers in the semiconductor industry.

We are proud to spearhead diversity and equity in the ESDM sector through our pioneering partnership with W Beyond Private Limited, dedicated to expanding our women-led tech team. We are thrilled to establish the first OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) facility in India with a deliberate focus on hiring and training women engineers, particularly freshers.

This groundbreaking initiative not only positions us as industry leaders in semiconductor manufacturing but also significantly enhances the competitiveness and innovation within the sector. By empowering Women-led tech teams and advancing diversity and equity, we are setting new standards for industry readiness and shaping the future leaders of ESDM.
